CONFIRMATION OF ORDER
After your order you will receive an email confirming your purchase.
SHIPPING
Packages are sent through Pošta Slovenije and can be tracked. If you want to track your package, let us know with your order and we will send you the tracking number.
DELIVERY TIME
Expected delivery time is up to 7 business days for Slovenia, up to 4 weeks for other European countries and up to 6 weeks for the other countries around the world. If there will be any delays, you will be notified by email.
SHIPPING COST
Cost of shipping is 4.50 € for purchase, if the package is delivered to Slovenia.
Shipping cost for other countries is 10.00 € for purchase for the EU countries and 20.00 € for purchase for the rest of the world.
REPLACEMENT AND RETURN OF PRODUCTS
If you are not satisfied with the product or if the product is damaged, you can return it in 28 days to the address:
Befine-Pro d.o.o., Križ 249, 6210 Sežana, Slovenia. Please let us know of the return through email info@challanger.net. Refunds will be issued within 30 days (through Stripe or direct transfer).
Returned product must be in its original condition and packaging, so it does not damage. Please attach original invoice.
We are unfortunately unable to meet the transport costs of returning item(s). If the items are not damaged, the shipping costs of return will be determined by your local postal service.
We kindly recommend you to ask for your proof of postage when returning your item/s. You should retain this until you receive your refund. Regrettably, we can only provide a refund for a lost return once we have been provided with proof of postage.
DAMAGED PACKAGE
If you notice any signs of damage please let us know immediately and please attach photos. If replacement of product will be approved because of the shipping damages, you can return the product at the cost of Befine-Pro. Upon receiving the damaged product, new package will be sent or a refund will be processed.

PERSONAL INFORMATION SAFETY
Befine-Pro will store personal data on the store’s use for the purpose of orders and other necessary communication regarding the online shop. All data will be kept for indefinite time and will not be transferred to any third parties except Pošta Slovenije for the purposes of delivering the packages. Accuracy of personal information is provided by the buyer.
By agreeing to the general terms and conditions, the user is deemed to consent to the user's consent to the inclusion of his personal data in the list of registered users of the application and to agree to the use of his personal data in the manner and for the purposes described in these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Statement.
Only exception in revealing any personal data is in case of it being demanded by the law or for any judicial procedures or for the needs of any other State departments to protect and apply all legal interests of the online store Challager.net
